  • Please upload files at 300 PPI for optimal print quality
  • Provide us with the CMYK or PANTONE code if you have specific colour requirements.
  • Accepted file formats: PSD, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG.
  • Maximum file size per upload: 500 MB.
  • Ensure files are print-ready, flattened, outlined and with embedded fonts.
  • Avoid password-protected files that cannot be opened.
  • Double-check your artwork before uploading to prevent processing delays.

Due to their size (with a display area exceeding 10m²), they may require a permit from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and prior approval from the building's Facilities Management (FM) team or owner for installation.
