Ordering Lead Time & Delivery Guidelines

Note: Lead times for products marked with an asterisk (*) are calculated from the date of artwork approval. Rush/Expedited request available for products marked with double asterisk (**). Additional fee applies. For all other products, the lead time is as indicated on the product page.

Lead Time & Delivery Factors

• Production Readiness: For faster order processing, please ensure your design files are print-ready according to our Design File Submission Guidelines.
• External Factors: While we strive to do our best to deliver within the timeframe or earlier, holiday periods or supply chain disruptions due to external factors may occasionally affect lead times.
• Our Commitment: We understand the importance of delivering on time and know that sometimes situations arise where confirmation can only be sought a week before an event; we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Design File Submission Guidelines

Note: Immediately after checkout, you will be redirected to a page to upload your files. If you prefer not to upload now, our team will reach out to you directly to collect your design and handle the layout and proofing for you.

• Please upload files at 300 PPI for optimal print quality
• Provide us with the CMYK or PANTONE code if you have specific colour requirements.
• Accepted file formats: PSD, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG.
• Maximum file size per upload: 500 MB.
• Ensure files are print-ready, flattened, outlined and with embedded fonts.
• Avoid password-protected files that cannot be opened.
• Double-check your artwork before uploading to prevent processing delays.
