At drops.sg, we value client confidentiality and privacy. We believe customer artwork, branded materials, and project-related information should be handled with care, discretion, and respect.
Materials submitted to us may include artwork, logos, brand assets, design files, visual references, order notes, event details, delivery information, and other materials required for quotation, design, production, fulfillment, or support purposes. Such materials are provided to help us carry out the requested work and are not treated as public marketing material by default.
drops.sg does not casually use customer work, artwork, or branded materials as public examples, portfolio pieces, or marketing content. Where any use of completed work is considered, this will be subject to appropriateness, sensitivity, and any applicable approval requirements.
Where approval is required or obtained, we may still choose to limit, redact, blur, crop, anonymise, or otherwise restrict what is shown. Approval to share does not automatically mean full public display of all artwork, campaign visuals, or identifying details. Where customer materials or project information are subject to a non-disclosure agreement or other confidentiality obligation, we will handle and restrict the use of such materials in accordance with the applicable terms, in addition to this policy.
In some cases, we may share selected examples of past work privately with prospective or existing customers during enquiries, discussions, or quotation processes for reference purposes. Such sharing is limited to what we consider necessary and appropriate to illustrate product application, print quality, format, or execution. Where appropriate, examples may be blurred, redacted, cropped, anonymised, partially shown, or otherwise edited to remove sensitive, identifying, or confidential information.
If customer work has already been publicly released, displayed, or published by the customer or relevant brand, any consideration of referencing such work will still be approached with discretion. We may choose not to display or repost such materials in full, even where they are already in the public domain.
Nothing in this policy is intended to claim ownership over customer artwork, logos, campaign materials, or other intellectual property belonging to customers or third parties. Any rights in such materials remain subject to the relevant ownership, licensing, contractual, and legal arrangements applicable to them.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that customer materials and related project information are handled only for legitimate business purposes connected to your enquiry, order, production, fulfillment, or support. Access to such materials is limited to what is reasonably necessary for us and relevant service providers to carry out the required work.
This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and should be read together with it where relevant. Where this page addresses customer materials, project visuals, and portfolio-related use, our Privacy Policy continues to apply to personal data collected through our website, communications, and transactions.
We may update this Client Confidentiality & Portfolio Use Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the relevant time will apply unless otherwise stated.
